Tenovus, Wales` number one cancer charity, has a long history of providing innovative solutions to the needs of those suffering from cancer and their families. Three years ago we embarked upon a ‘new direction’ – delivering cancer services into communities across Wales.

We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated person who can provide inspirational leadership to the Board, work closely with the Chief Executive, oversee strategic direction and be responsible for good governance. This is a superb opportunity to help shape and lead Tenovus at an important stage in its history of helping to find creative,
practical ways to support people affected by cancer and their families.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be articulate and highly influential with people and organisations that support the work of the charity. You will play a key role in promoting, supporting and communicating the charity’s vision and aims.

You will have experience of managing at a strategic level within an organisation and be passionate about improving the support and outcome for people affected by cancer.

This is a voluntary position with expenses paid.
