This is a superb opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate hands-on management approach with emphasis on supporting tenants to live independently.
Reporting to the Senior Independent Living Manager, you will be responsible for the effective and co-ordinated management of the service ensuring the tenants receive high quality housing, care and support service. You will have strong housing management skills within the Social Care environment together with experience of managing a staff team. You will also have worked with vulnerable adults in a supported housing environment with experience of managing and working knowledge of welfare benefits.
This post will be subject to an Enhanced CRB and PoVA check.
