For a Scheme Manager working to a senior worker with main focus on family support work and contribution to the operation of the scheme.
Home-Start Scheme Manager
Salary scale: £19,621.00 - £22,958.00
Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Responsible to: The Home-Start senior member of staff
Scheme Manager is responsible for recruitment, selection and training of volunteers as well as carrying a caseload of families.
Purposes of the job
- To contribute to the effective day to day operation of the scheme in accordance with the Home-Start Governing documents, Standards and Methods of Practice, Home-Start Agreement and Quality Assurance Standards.
- To maintain high standards of practice in supporting families within the ethos of Home-Start.
- To ensure inclusion and diversity in all aspects of the scheme’s operation and work.
