College Adult Community Learning & Partnership Manager – BC/642

Salary Scale: Management Spine – Point 5 (£42,086)

You will co-ordinate the College’s Adult Community Learning Provision and contribute to the strategic planning and quality management of this provision. You will play an active role to ensure that all partners in the delivery of adult community learning in Bridgend work together to deliver a high quality curriculum which meets the needs of our communities and meets the expectations of the Welsh Government. You will hold a degree or equivalent and a teaching qualification would be desirable. You will have good

knowledge and understanding of Estyn Framework, FE and ACL together with excellent leadership and planning skills.
